Our Group's origins date back 30 years when it was established as the international division of Levy Gee a top 20 London firm of Chartered Accountants.
After a management buyout ten years ago, the group has become an independent services provider of international tax, business and financial advice, as well as trusts corporate administration and wealth protection.

With many years of experience in international transactions we are able to advise on legal, tax and financial areas.
While our Founding team still play critical roles our family worldwide now numbers approximately 100 professionals, all of whom are dedicated to the provision of efficient speedy, compliant and personal professional services.
Irene Potter is a Director of inTRUST Advisory Limited with responsibility for domestic and international company statutory administration.
Irene has some 20 years experience in the corporate service industry starting her career in a medium size firm and becoming a partner, contributed to growth of the firm leading to its sale in 2001 before eventually joining the inTRUST Group.
Irene has a good standing and knowledge of the particular needs of high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, families and their business: she is well positioned to complement intermediary offerings in corporate structuring including domiciliation of companies, cross border merger, trade transaction, asset protection, business and family succession and estate planning. Irene also leads the team in the International trust and foundation operations, yacht and aircraft acquisitions for private use and its management.
She obtained a BA Law (Hons) and was admitted as a Barrister to Lincolns Inns of Court.
Stephen Mills is a Director at inTRUST Advisory with the responsibility for Accounts, Taxation and VAT matter.
Stephen has nearly twenty years experience in this business sector. He joined the inTRUST Group in early 2004.
Stephen started his career working in a small Accountancy partnership, working his way to an Audit Senior and PA to the Managing Partner. Following the subsequent merger of two similar sized firms he then took charge as Director of the Company Secretarial arm of the practice and proceeded to develop this business. He thereafter was recruited by one of the largest Swiss trust companies to establish the UK office, which he developed and managed before eventually joining the inTRUST Group.
Stephen graduated from University College London (London University) having obtained a Bachelor of Science (with Honours) Degree. He subsequently qualified as a Chartered Accountant and then as a Chartered Secretary and Business Administrator and is an Associate of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants- England and Wales (ACA) and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (ACIS).
Head of Legal
Francesco Meduri is the Head of Legal Services at inTRUST Advisory with responsibility for legal and Client relationship. Francesco is also heavily involved in the business development for the entire Group. Francesco joined inTRUST in 2006.
Francesco practiced commercial and corporate law working as an associate lawyer with a boutique law firm in Italy and as a legal counsel for an Italian Governmental Agency. He moved to London in 2003, where he gained experience in a City based practice. He started his career with inTRUST in the Tax department and shortly after was appointed as Head of Legal Services. Francesco helped developing key projects for the inTRUST Group particularly in the Middle East.
Francesco read Law in Italy and was admitted to the Bar in 2002. He then specialised in Tax obtaining a Master in taxation and moved to London where he successfully completed an LL.M in International and Business Law with a Distinction. Francesco is also a member of the Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales and a member of STEP.
Peter Stone qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. Peter was a general practice and audit partner at a top 20 firm of accountants. Later, together with Martin Landman, they founded the inTRUST division of that firm. In 2003 he and Martin completed the management buyout of that division, developing inTRUST into an international firm of corporate service providers.
Peter is Operations Consultant and is heavily involved in the client information and handling side of inTRUST. He has developed a practical and realistic approach to the necessary compliance elements that seem to constantly evolve.
Peter’s wide experience, gathered over many years, allows him to assist clients needing guidance in setting up businesses in the UK and tax structuring.
In addition to his inTRUST duties Peter is a founder non-executive director of one of UK’s oldest Enterprise Agencies, which gives free advice and support to disadvantaged people setting up their own business for the first time.

We provide estate planning consultancy. We register yachts and aircrafts in multiple jurisdictions including the Isle of Man. Additionally we provide crewing and personnel services and administration of ownership structures.
Our Douglas and other offices can assist with e gaming, e-commerce, space commerce and related specialist transactions.
We are able to provide accounting administrative and other services related to film, theatre and music industries.
By utilisation of our Group expertise in numerous areas we can provide a comprehensive and coordinated service to high net worth families.

Our Corporate Finance team led by Graham Woolfman and Marco Capretti is regulated in England & Wales by the F.C.A.
It provides corporate advisory services and assistance with Initial Public Offerings.
Group offices outside the UK provide establishment management and administration services to various types of corporate and fund structures.
We specialise in advising on the most appropriate entity for the specific client objective whether for group holding, international trade, royalty maximisation in light of double tax treaties and other international trade challenges.
We provide company secretarial services.
We assist with provision of virtual office facilities including office rental and IT support platforms.
We provide full support where clients do not wish to carry out administrative office functions so they can concentrate on the commercial transactions. We can assist with invoicing, international trade documentation, periodic payment maintenance and logistics.
We may make introductions to third party broker companies that provide an inclusive international trading service.
We advise on fund vehicle establishment, obtaining appropriate licenses and with legal counsel dealing with the necessary agreements.

These are used for asset protection, succession planning, discretion as well as compliant tax planning. We form trusts, foundations and hybrids for families who require secure yet flexible asset protection. We draft trust deeds, prepare trust accounts, act as trustees or protectors.
We can manage and administer bank accounts on behalf of clients, we have excellent relationships with banks internationally and can assist with account opening documentation including due diligence requirements. Many financial institutions now outsource their fiduciary services to us to avoid conflicts of interest and also for service quality and cost motives.
